Blake and Krystle Quimby bring over 25 years of dedication to various roles in local church ministry. Their extensive experience includes leading worship, media production, children’s and youth ministry, and administrative leadership. With a deep passion for inspiring and engaging the body of Christ, they strive to create worship experiences that uplift and connect hearts to God.
Beyond ministry, Blake and Krystle cherish time with their two children, Madison and Reese. Together, they enjoy participating in community activities and cultivating a faith-centered home filled with love and encouragement.

Veronica Garcia
Secretary / Pastor’s Assistant
Veronica Garcia is a native Houstonian and currently resides in Tomball, TX. Veronica has three adult children – whom she loves – and counts it a spiritual blessing to serve as her mother’s chief caregiver.
Veronica has worked extensively in the business/corporate fields of entrepreneurship, patient care, and educational outreach, with over 25 years of faithful service to her community. Veronica considers her journey in public service as God’s means of empowering her to do her part in helping bridge communities and cultures through respect and dignity here in the Houston Metropolitan area.
In her leisure, Veronica enjoys spending time with family, fostering friendships, and enjoying her four dogs. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, and traveling.

Sam Badal
Facilities Engineer
Sam is a member and has served North Oaks Baptist Church since 2002. He has 30 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and minor electrical work. Sam owned and operated a plastics manufacturing business in Iran before immigrating to the U.S in 1994. Sam is a fulltime network technician for Ellucian and serves the church after hours, weekends, and on call for emergencies.
Sam is called to serve using his mechanical skills at work, for the church and for others.
Sam is married to Marlin. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Joy Radabaugh
Office Administrator
Joy Radabaugh has served as the NOBC Office Administrator since 2008. She has 37+ years administrative experience, and is semi-retired from her Critter Pictures Animal Photography business.
Joy has two sons. Her areas of interest include the Bible, music, musical instruments (primarily flute and Irish whistles), reading, photography, graphic arts, languages, a life-long love of animals and nature, and making homemade pickles.
Joy is a born-again believer since the age of 9 and her goal in life is to be all that God made her to be.
